The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Size issues due to customer’s incorrect selection
Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen differences
Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the product issue
Our team will review and confirm eligibility
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product

6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), return shipping cost will be covered by Icon Fashion BD
For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bKash / Nagad / bank transfer, as agreed with the customer
